3 Fruit Infused Water Beverages for Camping

Fruit infused water drinks are not a sudden hype, but an age-old secret energy drink. When fruits (with fibres) are sealed in water and refrigerated for 4-6 hours, the beverage becomes a medicine.

For RVers, consuming fruit water infusions is a brilliant way to keep your body’s nutrients and stamina in check.

Fruit Infused Water

“Fruit Infused waters contain much of the flavor (or more) of fruit juices, without the sugar, making it easier to drink more of them. Most people enjoy the taste of fruit waters, making them more likely to drink more water and they are an easy way to add variety to regular water”.

Our Three Special Water-Fruit Infusions For RVers are

  •  Pineapple and Grapefruit in Cinnamon Water for Weight Loss 
    What do you need?
    Pineapple: 1 Cup (Sliced Round)
    Grapefruit: 1 Cup (Sliced Round after removing rind) Cinnamon Bars: 2-3 (2 Pinches if powdered)
    Water: 1 Litre
    Ice: As needed
    Preparations: 
    Add pineapple and grapefruit to your mason jar. Mix for 1 minute with water. Add cinnamon bars and ice to the same and seal it in refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
  • Mango and Ginger in Lemon for Detoxification
    What do you need?
    Mango: 2 Cups (Diced)
    Ginger: Quarter Cup (Minced)
    Lemon: 2 (Halved after removing rind)
    Water: 1 Liter
    Ice: As needed
    Preparations:
    Add the mango chunks and ginger mince to the mason jar. Stir for 1 minute with the water. Now add the lemon halves and ice to seal the jar. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours after
  • Blackberries and Apple in Chamomile for Sleep
    What do you need?
    Blackberries: One Cup (Halved) 
    Apple: One Cup (Diced) 
    Chamomile: 2-3 Drops 
    Water: 1 Liter
    Ice: As needed 
    Preparations: 
    Add blackberries and apple to your mason jar. Shake it for 5 seconds with water. Mix chamomile and ice in it. Seal the jar and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.

You can also keep refilling your water-fruit infusion jar if you keep adding the fruits and herbs accordingly.

If you regularly consume the chemically treated beverages, then surely, your body is already weak. The best cure to start with is the water-fruit infusions given afore as it can help to repair your body from square one!
