  • Seriously, I am loving this channel more than Jamie's own. You guys are cooking such nice food. But, food isn't just about the food in itself, it tells a story, and you guys are perfect for telling a story. Really any story, but mostly with respect to food! Keep up the good work lads.

  • The potatoes are awesome, but I'll never understand british beans. A tiny hint of tomato on a black bean stew is heaven, but canned white beans heated in tomato sauce is bizarre. And don't get me started on beans in ketchup.

  • This looks so amazing. And not just the food either. Everything from the Dutch oven to the horse to being in the woods and eating lunch on a pile of logs to what that lunch actually looks like (amazing!). That's the ultimate, right there.

  • love the look of those spuds done in the Dutch oven. there is something about eating food outside cooked over a fire that makes it even more delicious! especially if you are lucky enough to have Hugh cook it for you!

  • I do not use foil , aluminium is poisonous, if ur taking a big heavy dutchy with you a little rack in the pan weighs nothing , I cook only in iron , its cheaper to do so and safer
